관리자 2024-11-29 Number of views 261

1. Introduction

- This study aims to survey patients who participated in the 4th stage pilot project of the Korean Medicine and Western Medicine collaboration. The study will gather data on patient characteristics (such as age, gender, etc.) and the specific diseases treated under collaboration, as well as their satisfaction with and needs for the pilot project.

- Patients who are satisfied with healthcare services are more likely to continue using the services, maintain a good relationship with healthcare providers, and follow the treatment process. Thus, patient satisfaction is a critical factor determining the quality of healthcare, influencing the patient's health status, treatment continuity, length of hospitalization, frequency of hospitalization, and more.

- This study is conducted annually as part of the evaluation of the pilot project.

2. Participants

- Patients who received collaborative treatment at selected institutions from the 4th stage pilot project and agreed to participate in the research will be invited to take part in the survey.

4. Research Ethics and Safety

- This study will be conducted with approval from the Institutional Review Board (IRB).

- The study is classified as a survey research, and there is no anticipated risk for participants.
