ⅩⅢ. Diseases of the musculoskeletal system and connective tissue

골다공증 환자의 골밀도 및 통증, 기타 관련 지표의 개선을 위해 매선 치료를 통상적 치료와 병행하여 시행하는 것을 고 려해야 한다.

- 골다공증을 치료하기 위해 매선 치료를 고려할 경우, 환자의 변증에 따라 혈자리를 배합하여 치료할 수 있다.
- 골다공증을 치료하기 위해 매선 치료를 시행하는 경우, 탄산칼슘제제와 같은 의과 경구약을 함께 복용하는 경우
에 치료 효과를 높일 수 있다.

골다공증 환자의 통증, 기타 관련 지표의 개선을 위해 부항 치료를 통상적 치료와 병행하여 시행하는 것을 고려해야 한 다.

- 골다공증 치료를 위해 부항 치료 시 섬관법, 유관법, 주관법 등 다양한 형태의 건식부항 형태를 적용할 수 있다.

골다공증 환자의 통증 개선을 위해 추나 치료를 통상적 치료 와 병행하여 시행하는 것을 고려할 수 있다.

- 추나 치료는 한약치료와 같은 한방치료와 병행할 수 있으며, 주사치료와 같은 의과적 치료에도 병행하여 치료 효과를
높일 수 있다.
- 추나 치료 시 족태양방광경과 독맥을 따라 손날을 이용해 압박하거나, 신수(BL23), 명문(GV4), 대장수(BL25),
요양관(GV3)혈을 압박하는 기법을 사용할 수 있다.
- 요배부 근육층을 이완시켜 주고 허리와 등 및 복부를 압박하는 기법을 사용할 수 있다.

골다공증 환자의 골밀도 및 통증, 기타 관련 지표의 개선을 위해 약침 치료를 통상적 치료와 병행하여 시행하는 것을 고려할 수 있다.

- 약침 치료는 골다공증 치료를 위한 양약 치료와 병행하여 치료 효과를 증대할 수 있다.
- 약침 치료 시 혈위는 명문(GV4), 요양관(GV3), 신수(BL23), 기해수(CV6), 대장수(BL25), 관원수(BL26), 족삼
리(ST36), 삼음교(SP6), 요안(EX-B7) 등을 선용할 수 있다.
- 약침 치료에 있어 녹용이 임상적으로 다용되며, 그 외에도 증상에 따라 홍화자, 황기, 골쇄보, 황정 그리고 삼칠근
을 원료로 하는 것을 고려할 수 있다

골다공증 환자의 골밀도 및 통증, 기타 관련 지표의 개선을 위해 한약 치료를 통상적 치료와 병행하여 시행하는 것을 고려해야 한다.

- 한약치료 치료는 침, 약침, 추나와 같은 한방치료와 병행할 수 있으며, 양약, 주사치료, 물리치료 및 복합적인 치료와
같은 의과적 치료에도 병행하여 골다공증의 치료 효과를 높일 수 있다.
- 한약치료와 칼슘제의 병용투여는 골다공증에서 골밀도를 개선하고 통증을 감소시키는 데 유의한 효과가 있다.
- 통상적 치료와 병행한 한약치료 처방 시 음양곽, 속단, 단삼, 지모, 보골지, 건지황, 숙지황, 황기, 골쇄보, 마황, 유향,
몰약, 전갈, 백강잠, 천산갑, 당귀, 우슬, 방풍, 백출, 구척, 파극천, 여정자, 택사, 두충, 녹각교, 산수유, 산약, 전호,
홍화, 구기자, 당삼, 복령, 시호, 백작약, 반하, 매괴화, 절패모, 생모려, 지룡, 감초, 삼칠근, 천궁, 적작약, 대황, 목
단피, 귤피, 향부자, 치자, 천초, 감수, 호골 등의 약재를 선용할 수 있다.

골다공증 환자의 골밀도 및 통증, 기타 관련 지표의 개선을 위해 뜸 치료를 통상적 치료와 병행하여 시행하는 것을 고려해야 한다.

- 골다공증 치료를 위해 뜸 치료를 고려할 경우에 양약, 주사치료, 비말 스프레이, 물리치료와 같은 의과적 치료와
병행하여 치료 효과를 높일 수 있다.
- 뜸 치료에 경혈 선택 시 복부에서는 기해(CV6), 관원(CV4) 등을, 배부에서는 신수(BL23), 격수(BL17) 등의 경혈을 선택하여 시술할 수 있다.

- 골다공증 환자에게 시행한 침 치료는 양약 및 주사치료와 같은 의과적 치료와 병행하여 치료 효과를 높일 수 있
다.
- 의과적 치료와 병행한 침 치료 시 온침, 득기, 20~50Hz의 전기침 사용을 고려할 수 있다.
